Over the course of her career, she has held roles spanning customer service, flight coordination, ramp supervision, and operational leadership — building a comprehensive understanding of how every element of ground handling contributes to a successful mission.

Since joining Universal Aviation in 2015, Isabelle has supported operations across France’s premier business aviation gateways, including Paris and the French Riviera. She brings extensive experience managing high-traffic, high-visibility events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes Film Festival, and major movements in Paris — environments where precision, timing, and discretion are critical.

Jacques began his aviation career in 2000 at Nice Airport and has since built deep operational roots within one of Europe’s most high-profile business aviation gateways. He serves as a Universal Aviation Supervisor based in Nice, supporting operations throughout Southern France and the French Riviera.

With extensive experience overseeing business aviation movements at LFMN, including 18 years in supervisory roles with Swissport Executive Aviation prior to joining Universal Aviation, Jacques brings exceptional local knowledge and long-standing relationships with airport authorities and service providers. His background also includes 15 years in the hospitality industry, shaping a service philosophy grounded in discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Jacques has supported more than two decades of Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival operations, as well as World Economic Forum movements and high-security flights. In these high-pressure environments, he provides disciplined, on-site supervision to ensure each mission is carefully synchronized — from arrival to departure — even during the Riviera’s busiest periods.

His background spans full-scope trip support and complex airport environments, with experience coordinating customs processes, fueling, ground handling, crew logistics, and real-time operational oversight. He has worked extensively in high-volume, high-pressure settings and is recognized for his professionalism, attention to detail, and calm performance under demanding conditions.

Serving as a Universal Aviation Agent across the major London-area airports, Steve provides structured, on-site supervision to ensure all requested services remain aligned and synchronized. During peak travel seasons, diplomatic movements, and major global events, he brings steady leadership and disciplined oversight — delivering a seamless experience from arrival through departure.

Tiaan began his aviation career in 2001 at Cape Aviation Business Centre in Cape Town, later acquired by Signature Aviation. Starting in ramp and operational roles, he progressed into senior leadership, overseeing flight and ground operations before moving into global trip support with MH Aviation Services, a World Fuel Services company.

Now based at London Luton Airport, Tiaan provides on-site VIP supervision across the major London-area airports – some of Europe’s most complex and high-traffic operating environments.

He serves as a single point of coordination on the ground, maintaining real-time oversight of all requested services and ensuring every element of the mission remains aligned. During peak periods, major global events, and seasonal surges, Tiaan brings particular value – keeping operations controlled, organized, and seamless even when airport resources are stretched.
