A New Home Base for Private Aviation in Madrid

Universal Aviation Madrid is introducing a dedicated private aviation hangar at LEMD, designed for operators seeking secure, predictable, and professionally supported aircraft basing in one of Europe’s most important capital city markets.

Phase one focuses on premium hangarage and aircraft support. While dedicated tenant offices are not part of this initial phase, hangar tenants will have access to Universal Aviation’s GAT amenities, including passenger and crew lounges, meeting space, quiet rooms, showers, restrooms, Wi-Fi, and onsite operational support.

BBJ-Capable Hangar Space with Private Ramp Access

The 5,000 m² hangar is designed to accommodate aircraft up to BBJ size, with a 100 m clear door opening, 14.15 m clear opening height, 50 m hangar depth, and column-free span. The facility connects directly to Universal Aviation’s private ramp, supporting efficient aircraft movement, overnight parking, fueling, and 24/7 access.
