- Payment is required in advance.
- Cancelations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded as service coordination will have already begun in anticipation of your arrival.
- Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point where we’ll have a uniformed agent waiting for you will not be eligible for refund.
