Hiroshi Higashiyama is Representative Director at Universal Aviation Japan, bringing decades of experience in aviation, customer support, and industry relationship-building to the role. Since joining Universal in 2002, he has helped lead the company with a strong emphasis on hospitality, long-term trust, and customer satisfaction. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Japan Business Aviation Association (JBAA), where he works closely with government and airport authorities on matters impacting the industry. Over the years, Hiroshi has played a key role in major milestones for both Universal Aviation and business aviation in Japan, including helping Universal Aviation become the first company in Japan authorized to operate a General Aviation Terminal at RJCC. His experience also includes support for high-traffic global events such as the World Cup, Rugby World Cup, G7 Summits, and G20 Summit, as well as state visits by world leaders. Hiroshi brings a relationship-driven, solutions-focused approach to every mission and is especially respected for blending Japanese hospitality with deep operational expertise.
