Yvonne Chan is Regional Director, APAC at Universal Aviation, bringing decades of hands-on experience in administration, operations, and management across the region. Since joining Universal in 1992, she has helped lead APAC with deep operational knowledge, strong regional relationships, and a practical understanding of what it takes to support complex missions successfully. Her experience spans a period when business aviation was still emerging in Singapore, giving her a uniquely long view of the industry’s growth in the region. Over the years, Yvonne has led ground operations through major events including the Singapore F1 Grand Prix, WEF, and Royal Flights, while also helping earn industry recognition from AsBAA, AIN, and customers in Singapore. She works closely with airport authorities, CIQ, and government agencies across APAC and is especially valued for her calm leadership, strong communication, and ability to solve problems quickly in demanding situations.
